My client is looking for an applicant who will be responsible for gaining airside passes for their Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Ground Operations staff.
Main responsibilities include:
· For a period of approximately 6 months manage a team of seasonal employees who will be collating references in order to gain airside passes
· Extensive liaison with applicants, referees and Airport ID Centres
· Completion of official BAA and other airport authorities documentation
· Maintain airside pass renewals
· Ensure CRC certificates meet the airport authorities guidelines
· Issue temporary passes as requested
· Complete all outbound employment references
· Authorise staff travel request and respond to any queries
· Provision of car park permits as requested
Applicants must be analytical and possess excellent powers of concentration as accuracy is paramount. You must be a confident communicator who can demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
Familiarity with Airside ID referencing procedures would be essential.
You must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
